Fixxion Warehouse Project is located off Skinner Street, next to Beatties car park. The 7000sqft+ venue has 3 floors and hosts a variety of nightclub, live music, video production, performance & underground expo events.

The venue hass the same footprint across 3 floors, the ground & first floor both have 10K sound systems and LED intelligent lighting, lasers, fog machines, optional staging, stage cloths, projectors and more.
The Ground floor has a high ceiling suitable to hang decorations such as banners, inflatables, props, etc. with a 5ft drop from the beams. The first floor has a lower ceiling which provides a more intimate feeling, ideal for a lounge bar style set up or as exhibition space.
The second floor features a 2.5K rig which can be increased to suit your requirements, and features a slanted roof making the space ideal for film festivals or as a performance area.
